1.050 OG approx with 3 litres of water added for total of 20 litres. IBU 35.
Brewed in the classic British Pale Ale style. Balanced with generous amounts of Fuggle and East Kent Goldings hops.
Artisanale US IPA 17 litres.
1.056 OG approx with 3 litres of water added for total of 20 litres. IBU 56.
Loads of Cascade, Columbus and Centennial add up to an aggressively hoppy ale. Can be made without adding water to produce a 1.065 and 62 IBU Ale.
Artisanale New World Ale 17 litres.
1.046 OG approx with 3 litres of water added for total of 20 litres. IBU 33.
A hoppy ale with loads of the best of Pacific rim hops.
Artisanale Riggers Black IPA.
1.062 OG approx with 3 litres of water added for total of 20 litres. IBU 50.
A slightly more assertive (just like our Riggers) version of the Classic US style.
Falconers Flight is the hop.
