Includes 25 litre plastic pail & lid, 2400 watt element, lead, hose & clamp - great with a 30-100 celsius thermostat. This is most often used for sparge water and as a boiler. It can boil up to about 22 litres but it is a good idea to stay and watch for boil-overs. The boil is more vigorous if the element is cleaned before the boil and the lid is kept half on. Try to arrange it so the drips from the lid don't drop back into the wort.
