Our wort kits are made in house on a Speidel 500L Braumeister Brewery, they are all grain and brewed true to style. They are especially suited to time poor brewers or those who simply want an excellent beer with a minimum of effort.
NOTE: These kits are generally designed to add 3 litres of water to the fermentation to achieve the ideal balance, you may if you wish, not add the extra water for a richer, higher gravity version.

DESCRIPTION

A collaboration between Grain and Grape and our friends and neighbours Hop Nation. It has the signature hop flavour and punch of a Hop Nation beer with around 5.5% alcohol.

GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS

Approximate cube volume: 16.5L.
Starting Gravity: 1.060 undiluted, 1.051 with 3 litres of water added

Grist make up: Joe White Signature Pilsner, 36% BB Ale 36% JW Wheat 14% and JW Vienna 14%.
Bitterness: 40 IBU’s.
Bittering Hops: Motueka
Late hops: Ella, Citra
Dry hops included: Ella and Citra
Recommended yeasts:
Wyeast 1056 or for a dry yeast US-05.
