Our wort kits are usually made in house on a Spiedel 500L Braumeister Brewery.
NOTE: These kits are generally designed to add 3 litres of water to the fermentation for a 20L brew.
Yeast not included.
A New Zealand style Pilsner made with all Pilsner malt and is generously hopped with all New Zealand hops.
Dry Hopping is not essential with this beer but if you’d like to experiment you could try 40g of Motueka in the fermenter 3 days before packaging.
Approximate cube volume: 16.5L
Starting Gravity: 1.059 undiluted, 1.050 with 3 litres of water added
Bitterness: 34 IBU’s using Perle hops.
Grist make up: Pilsner malt 100%
Hop flavour is all Motueka.
Wyeast 2124 or 2206 and SAF S-189, W34/70 or S-23.
