A Saison made with Pilsner malt and a small amount of Wheat malt. Bittering hops are Northern Brewer with a large dose of Styrian Goldings to finish. A fruity, dry, well hopped thirst quenching beer
Approximate cube volume: 16.5L Plus 3L of extra water added.Starting Gravity: 1.056. Bitterness: 25 IBU's using Northern Brewer hops.Grist make up: Joe White Pilsner 80%, JW Pale wheat 10% and Corn Sugar 10%.Late hops:
Recommended yeasts: Wyeast 3711 French Saison or 3724 Belgian Saison, SAF T56 or Danstar Belle Saison.
