All of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and services tax). Product prices are regularly updated when price changes are received from our suppliers.
Shipping and Delivery Policy
Currently our retail store is closed due to COVID-19 restrictions.
As a result of COVID-19 we are experiencing delays in getting orders packed which can vary between 2 and 5 days.
Additionally, all of the Courier companies we use including Australia Post are experiencing delays. Express Post which is normally 1 day is now taking 2-3 days.
We are hoping to get back to shipping times we had before COVID-19 as in the next few lines:
We deliver products Australia wide using Australia Post. Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location. Exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout.
Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 2-7 business days depending on your location within Australia.
We are unable to send some large items such are Grape Presses and crushers via Australia Post. If you order these items we will contact you with a quote for shipping within 2 days of you order. If you choose not to proceed with the transaction we will cancel the order and refund the payment you have made for the products.
Grain and Grape Pty Ltd ships goods Australia wide. We also ship internationally however our website does not calculate postage for countries other than Australia. If you would like to make an international order, choose the "Please send me a freight quote" freight option. You can also call us on +61 3 9687 0061. There are import and export requirements and restrictions for each country. We reserve the right not to ship to some destinations. We do not ship grains to countries other than Australia.
Customer Service Policy
Grain and Grape is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery timeframes are between 2-7 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.
Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or doesn’t perform as advertised.
